SenValet is developed and maintained by Easy Language Technology — a company dedicated to creating people-friendly, helpful apps that make everyday life simpler and more accessible for everyone.
SenValet is our daily companion app to help users remember their essentials before leaving home, published on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

2. What Data We Collect
We collect no data whatsoever. SenValet does not collect, store, transmit, or share:
- Your name or identity
- Your location or GPS data
- Your health or medical information
- Your contacts or phone book
- Your device identifiers or advertising IDs
- Your usage behaviour or analytics
- Your IP address or network information
- Any cookies or tracking tokens
We have no servers, no databases, and no backend systems that receive or process your information.
3. What Stays on Your Device (Local Storage Only)
SenValet stores the following information locally on your device only:
- Your checklist preferences (which items you have customised)
- Your emergency contact phone number (if you choose to add one)
- Your selected language preference
This information never leaves your device. It is stored using your device's own secure local storage and is deleted if you uninstall the app.
4. Emergency Contact Feature
If you choose to save an emergency contact number in SenValet, that number is:
- Stored only on your device
- Never transmitted to our servers or any third party
- Used solely to open your device's native phone dialler when you tap the help button
We never access, read, or process your contacts list.
5. Third-Party Links
SenValet includes links to product listings on eBay (for the SenValet Key Finder, Long Shoe Horn, and Digital Meds Reminder). When you tap a "Buy Now" button:
- You are taken to eBay's website in your device's browser
- eBay's own privacy policy applies from that point
- SenValet does not track whether you clicked the link or made a purchase
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any external websites.
6. No Advertising. No Tracking. No Analytics.
SenValet contains no advertising of any kind.
We do not use:
- Google Analytics or Firebase Analytics
- Facebook Pixel or Meta SDK
- Any third-party analytics or crash reporting tools
- Any advertising networks or SDKs
We have zero interest in tracking you. Our only goal is to help you leave the house with everything you need.
7. Children's Privacy
SenValet does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. Since we collect no data from anyone, children are equally protected.
8. Your Rights
Because we collect no personal data, there is nothing to access, correct, or delete. However, you are always welcome to contact us with any questions or concerns.
9. Changes to This Policy
If we ever change this privacy policy, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. We will never introduce data collection practices without clearly notifying users and updating this policy first.
