How do I check off an item?

Simply tap any item on the orbital checklist. It will glow and play a musical note to confirm it's been checked. Tap again to uncheck it.

How do I add my own custom items?

Tap the edit button (pencil icon) in the app. You'll see three custom slots you can personalise with your own items — such as a cane, hearing aids, a hat, or anything else you need.

How do I set up my emergency contact?

Open the edit panel and look for the emergency contact section. Enter the phone number of the person you want to call for help. Once saved, one tap on the help button will dial them directly.

How do I change the language?

Open the edit panel and select your preferred language. SenValet supports English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, and Portuguese.

Does SenValet need an internet connection?

No — SenValet works completely offline. Your checklist, custom items, and emergency contact are all stored safely on your device. No Wi-Fi or mobile data is needed.

What is the Key Finder button?

SenValet includes a built-in Key Finder card at the bottom of the screen. Tap the beep button to send a signal to your SenValet Key Finder device and locate your keys by sound.

What are the Buy Now cards?

The rotating panel at the bottom of the screen shows helpful products — the SenValet Key Finder, Long Shoe Horn, and Digital Meds Reminder. Tapping "Buy Now" opens the product listing on eBay in your browser.

Does SenValet collect any of my personal data?

No. SenValet collects absolutely no personal data. Everything stays on your device. We have no servers, no accounts, and no tracking of any kind. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.

How do I reset the checklist each day?

Tap the centre hub on the orbital ring. You'll see your progress count. The app resets your checklist automatically each time you open it fresh, so you're always starting a clean list each day.

The app is not responding — what should I do?

Close the app completely and reopen it. If the problem continues, try uninstalling and reinstalling SenValet from your app store. Your preferences are stored locally so they will be restored when you set them up again.
